Caught in the Act (CITA) war eine englisch-niederländische Boygroup, die 1992 von Cees van Leeuwen gegründet wurde und bis 1998 bestand. Die 4 Bandmitglieder waren der Waliser Lee Baxter, der Engländer Benjamin Boyce, sowie die beiden Niederländer Eloy de Jong und Bastiaan Ragas.

Der Durchbruch im deutsch-sprachigen Raum gelang nach Auftritten im November 1994 in der RTL-Seifenoper „Gute Zeiten – Schlechte Zeiten“ (GZSZ). 1995 erhielt die Boygroup den Goldenen Löwen von RTL als beste Newcomer-Band.

Bei der Weihnachtstour 1995 brachten sie erstmalig die amerikanische Boygroup „Backstreet Boys“ nach Europa. Zwischen 1995 und 1998 lieferten sie mehrere Top-Ten-Hits ab. Sie verkauften mehr als 20 Millionen Tonträger und erhielten mehrere Goldene und Platin-Platten. Am 16. August 1998 trennte sich Caught in the Act.
